1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

  • If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping methods:

3. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours.

  • You can track your package directly on our website or through the carrier’s tracking portal.

4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

ORVEXISOLE LTD is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

  • Tip: If you are selling to the UK/EU, ensure your pricing strategy accounts for VAT where applicable.

5. DAMAGES AND LOSS

ORVEXISOLE LTD is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

  • If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact our support team at support@orvexisole.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Please include photos of the damaged item and the shipping label to expedite your claim.

6. INCORRECT ADDRESSES

We are not responsible for orders that are undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer. Please double-check your address at checkout.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.

7. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship to customers in the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Europe, and Australia. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.
