Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at ORVEXISOLE LTD. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

1. RETURN PERIOD

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and have the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@orvexisole.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

  • Our team will provide you with the return address and further instructions.

  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the address on the shipping label without prior authorization.

3. REFUNDS

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

  • Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, or Credit Card).

  • Timeframe: You will receive the credit within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

4. SHIPPING COSTS

  • Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs or provide a replacement at no extra charge.

5. EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item (e.g., a different size), send us an email at support@orvexisole.com.

6. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

  • Final sale items or gift cards.

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

7. CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placement. If the order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot cancel it, and you will need to follow the standard return process.
